FOUNDER QUESTIONS

Founder Experience Questions

Who will I be working with at 3ryve?

You'll have a dedicated advisor who's your primary point of contact. They'll guide you through the full program, coordinate specialist support as needed, and ensure accountability. You'll also access our broader ecosystem—masterclass facilitators, technical experts, and investor network.

How often will we meet?

Structured touchpoints depend on your package:

  • Full program: Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins + monthly strategy sessions (frequency tailored to your needs)
  • Specialist services: Concentrated engagements (e.g., 4-6 weeks for pitch deck creation)
  • Community: 2 monthly masterclasses + peer accountability groups
What if I need help outside of our planned sessions?

You'll have direct access to your advisor. We work flexibly—if critical issues come up, we address them. Our focus is your progress, not rigid schedules.

Can I get introductions to investors?

Yes. Once you're investor-ready (pitch deck, financials, traction), we'll provide warm introductions to investors in our network. Our 85% investment success rate reflects our ability to position founders and connect them effectively.

Do you help with legal/compliance stuff?

We guide you on structure and what's needed (incorporation, contracts, terms sheets). For legal execution, we recommend lawyers we trust, but the legal work is yours. We ensure you know what to do.

What happens after I graduate from the program?

You graduate when you're investor-ready and have reached your goals (or raised investment). Our relationship doesn't end—you stay part of the 3ryve community, access masterclasses, and can get continued advisory support as your startup evolves.

General Questions

How is 3ryve different from other accelerators or advisory firms?

Most accelerators run cohort-based programs on a fixed timeline. 3ryve is different—we're an ecosystem builder focused on individual founder needs. Your program duration (12 months for idea-stage, 6-9 months for early-stage) is tailored to your readiness, not a calendar. We provide end-to-end support (pitch decks, financial models, operations, MVP, GTM strategy), not just mentorship. Plus, 85% of our founders have secured investment—our track record speaks for itself.

Do I have to be at a specific stage to work with 3ryve?

No. We work with idea-stage founders (problem identified but not yet validated) and early-stage founders (some traction, early validation, or pre-seed ready). If you're unsure about your stage, that's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll assess where you are and what you need.

What does "ecosystem builder" mean?

We don't just advise you and send you off. You become part of the 3ryve community—access to other founders navigating similar challenges, 2 masterclasses monthly with successful founders and investors, warm introductions to our network, and collaborative learning. You're never alone in your journey.

Community &Learning Questions

What are the masterclasses about?

2 monthly masterclasses cover topics relevant to early-stage founders:

  • Pitch deck storytelling and investor psychology
  • Financial modeling and unit economics
  • Go-to-market strategy and customer discovery
  • Operations and scaling systems
  • Fundraising strategy and negotiation
  • Product-market fit validation
  • Industry-specific deep dives (climate, agritech, fintech, etc.)

Facilitated by successful founders and experienced investors.

Can I learn from other founders in the program?

Absolutely. That's core to our ecosystem approach. You'll have peer accountability groups, collaborative learning sessions, and access to other founders' experiences. Many founders find the peer relationships as valuable as the advisory.

Is the community for current members only?

Current program members get priority access and structured community. But we also run community events for alumni and prospective founders—you're never really "out" of the 3ryve ecosystem.

Pricing Questions

What's included in the $1,200 (idea-stage) or $600 (early-stage) fee?

Your program investment covers:

  • Dedicated advisor and strategic guidance
  • Operational support and milestone tracking
  • Access to all 2 monthly masterclasses
  • Community peer accountability
  • Warm introductions to investors (once ready)
  • Ongoing support throughout your program duration

Specialist services (financial modeling, pitch decks, etc.) are available as add-ons.

What's the specialist services fee?

One-off specialist services are $500-$1,000 depending on scope and complexity. This covers any specialized support you need—financial modeling, pitch deck creation, market analysis, due diligence prep, MVP strategy, or other services.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. We offer flexible payment options. Discuss payment timing during your discovery call.

Are there any other hidden costs?

No. All costs are discussed upfront during your discovery call. We're transparent about pricing.

Program Support & Pricing Questions

How long is the program?

Program duration depends on your stage:

  • Idea-stage founders: 12 months
  • Early-stage founders: 6-9 months (we evaluate your readiness and progress)

This isn't rigid. We'll track your progress and let you know if you're ready to graduate earlier or need extended support.

What exactly happens during the discovery call?

 In 30 minutes, we'll discuss:

  • Your startup idea, problem, and current stage
  • Your biggest challenges and gaps
  • Your timeline and goals (fundraising, market entry, etc.)
  • How 3ryve can best support you
  • Program structure and investment options

It's exploratory—we want to understand if we're the right fit for you.

Can I customize my support plan?

Absolutely. During assessment, we'll design a tailored roadmap based on your specific needs. Want only financial modeling and pitch deck support? We can do that. Want full operational support? We've got you. You have agency over what you prioritize and invest in.

Do I have to do the full 12-month program?

Early-stage founders can do 6-9 months. Idea-stage founders are typically 12 months because problem-solution fit validation takes time. But if you're progressing faster than expected, we'll move you forward. If you need extra support, we'll extend. It's based on your needs, not a fixed contract.

What if I want only pitch deck creation or financial modeling—do I have to enroll in a full program?

You can add specialist services on their own or combine them with program support. Book a discovery call to discuss which specific services make sense for you.
